This application suite is quite the AIO (All in One). I have used eGroupware, and was a joy. I was trying to find more projects to create in it than actually using it to manage them. This is defiantly an application you want to check out and play around with. OfficeSpot.Net Collaboration Server Preview 2 (Default branch) – The OfficeSpot.Net Collaboration Server is a one-stop solution for all your groupware needs. It is based on Ubuntu 6.06 LTS and is preloaded with eGroupWare, Postfix, OpenLDAP, MySQL, DBMail, Spamassasin, and ClamAV. License: GNU General Public License (GPL) Changes: This release contains updated versions of eGroupWare (1.4), DBMail (latest stable SVN revision), and ClamAV (0.90.3). In a move seemingly influenced in equal parts by Halo and David Lynch's film Dune, Darpa has announced that it's ponying up $15 million to develop one-way-invisible, self-healing, shoot-through shields for use in urban combat. While the Pentagon's research division acknowledges that there are "significant technical obstacles" in the process, it's fairly gung-ho about developing a technology combining metamaterials, 'coded' obscurant systems, and a bunch of other stuff no one really understands. Trust us, you'll thank them if the Harkonens try and overthrow your spice-mining operation.

This is really funny, NSA employee's have problems trusting each other.
Underfunded NSA Suffers Brownouts - An anonymous reader writes "Almost ten years after the an internal report, and a year after a Baltimore sun story warned that the electrical system at the fort Meade NSA HQ couldn't keep up with the growing electricity demand ... the problem has got worse. The 'NSA has had to resort to partial, rolling brownouts at its computer farms and scheduled power outages and some offices are experiencing significant power disruptions'. NSA director Alexander testified to congress about this problem. It is suggested he wanted to add more than $800 million to the 07 budget. A recent public powerpoint presentation suggested 70% of of all intelligence spending goes to contractors. It also included a graph, without numbers, of this spending. It suggests that US intelligence spending is around $60 billion. An internal survey that showed NSA employees have problems trusting each other."

I just saw this article on Slashdot... Slashdot | Apple's IPhone 3G Firmware Update Bombs Yahoo posted the news article... Apple's iPhone 3G Firmware Update Bombs (NewsFactor) by NewsFactor: Yahoo! Tech Both articles comment on the 2.0.1 firmware. However if you read the original article, it speaks about the new firmware which is 2.0.2 and was released on the 18th. NewsFactor Network | Apple Reportedly Plans Another Fix for the iPhone Either way, I don't have problems with my phone aside from MobileChat crashing and other Applications as well.
