Solar motorbike uses snail shell shape for surface area

Solar motorbike uses snail shell shape for surface area – Filed under: Transportation Powering a car with solar panels is a relatively easy task, but on a motorbike it’s a lot harder to find flat surfaces to catch the sun. That means that a solar powered motorbike has got to look rather odd in order to provide enough surface area for the panels: hence the snail shell-like design of SunRed’s prototype solar powered bike. When (or if) SunRed completes a real world prototype, the bike’s surface area will be 25 square feet, allowing the bike to store enough of the sun’s energy to ride for 13 miles at speeds of up to 30 MPH. The motor is integrated into the wheel too, so there’s no transmission. Once these “green” bike thinkers sort out the problem of running a bike without oil, we hope they’ll move onto making them a little less fugly. It seems like a precedent is being set here. WWDC Leopard Beta Leaked Onto BitTorrent Site

I haven't seen this on any private trackers that I'm on. It looks like it hasn't fully been leaked. Either way, I want to install this and try it out. I am definitely liking OSX more and more as they keep adding features and GUI improvements.
WWDC Leopard Beta Leaked Onto BitTorrent Site -

It looks like the WWDC beta of Leopard was leaked onto the Oink BitTorrent Web site. (I’m not about to download it, though, that’s for sure.) Here’s a screen shot. And another. And another. That last one made me laugh. Oops!

Nobody’s completely downloaded the 6GB file yet, but the site’s forum is red hot with activity and the file already has 205 comments. Choice lines about the leak in recent days have included “this is f*#$ing ridiculous. i want leopard, and i want it now. hurry, before some heads start to roll” and “Please do not talk about this torrent file outside of OINK.”

Someone should notify Apple.

PC World Reviews Apple OS X 10.5 (Leopard)

PC World reviews the newest release of Apple's Max OSX version 10.5 codenamed "Leopard". In this review "Edward Mendelson" states one big remark.
"First: despite minor problems, it's by far the best operating system ever written for the vast majority of consumers, with dozens of new features that have real practical value—like truly automated backups, preview images in folders, and notes and to-do lists integrated into the mail program".
I have only played with Leopard in the last few days and seen it in action on a co-workers laptop, and I'm starting to thing more and more about purchasing a Macbook Pro! <!--brea--
